Pre Op Instructions (Before Surgery)

Pre-Operative instructions

Patients receiving local anesthesia(Novocain) may drive themselves.

Patients being sedated should arrange for an adult driver who should supervise you for the next 24 hours. On Arrival we will need driver’s name and number.

Do not eat or drink anything after midnight: also no gum, candy or coffee on the morning of surgery.

If you take regular medications, please check these with your primary Doctor.

Your doctor may want you to avoid Vitamin E, Aspirin, ibuprofen and other anti-inflammatory medications.

Wear comfortable clothing.

Please remove all jewelry and body piercings
