The Right Practice For All Your Denture Needs
ThunderBird Dental Office, affectionately known as the ThunderBird. We have been providing dentures and denture repairs for over 40 years. Our dental lab is conveniently located on our premises which allows us to provide SAME DAY repairs and relines. We also perform extractions for immediate dentures, and mini implants for denture stabilization.
Facility
Our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients.
Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. We do not accept Walk-ins. Repairs and relines are done between the hours of 8AM and 11AM.
Financial
We accept all forms of payment. However, we Do NOT accept any form of dental insurance. As a courtesy to you, we will submit your dental claim forms to ensure that you are directly reimbursed by your insurance company.
Payments are due at the time of services. For those patients requiring a payment plan, we require half down as a earnest deposit, and the balance is due on the final visit.
***we will not accept personal checks on the final visit***
Forms of payment accepted by our office are checks, cash, or any major credit card.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
